These are estimated shipping times only and are to be used as a guide. After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation. A further notification will be sent when your order has been dispatched including a tracking code. Estimated shipping times are below.

Where stated we may offer free delivery on some products. However, Delivery charges may apply to some orders depending on the delivery address given. You will be made aware of any delivery charges at the time of placing your order with us. 

For deliveries outside of the UK customs duty and taxes may apply. 

RETURNS

Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

Returns
• We operate a 28-day return policy
• Return requests must be sent to us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the order.
• Customers will then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
• Return requests must include the full name, 4 digit order/reference number and contact details of the card holder
• If your item is damaged or faulty, please send a written description of the issue alongside photographic evidence of any breakages or faults
• Products must be returned at the customers own expense, unless damaged, and our products must be returned in their original condition, with the correct Alex Price packaging
• Please note: all hard-wired items, including pendants cannot be returned once installed, unless they are proven faulty.

Refunds
• We aim to issue refunds within 14 days of their return, pending a quality inspection
• Refunds will not be issued if the item(s) is damaged on installation or by a third party
